Your electricity is recharged to you every quarter, calculated via you meter usage. We will send you a bill for the amount which can either be collected by Direct Debit or paid in at the office by cheque.

At Orton Grange you have mains gas, so your gas bill is paid directly to your chosen supplier.

The Council Tax is Band A - see your city council website for local rates.

The Pitch fee is £143 including water rates, payable monthly via direct debit on the 1st working day of the month and is used towards maintaining the park, i.e. Hedge trimming, grass cutting on common ground, maintaining the street lighting and the general up keep of the park. On Orton Grange the Annual Pitch Fee increase takes place on the 1st April and is calculated by the RPI.

The homes at Orton Grange start from £99,000. The turnkey price includes:
