How much is the Council Tax?

The Council Tax is Band A = £938.47 approx , this is due to be increased annually in April. 25% discount is given for single occupancy.
How much are the Pitch Fees?

The pitch fee is £145.00, including water rates, payable monthly via direct debit on the 1st working day of the month and is used towards maintaining the park, i.e. Hedge trimming, grass cutting on common ground, maintaining the street lighting and the general up keep of the park.

The homes at West Bay start from £165,000. The turnkey price includes:
