We want to be sure that your new life is just right for you, so we have all kinds of different homes for you to choose from. Some are already on site, fully furnished and equipped, just waiting for you to move in. Alternatively, if you prefer, when a new plot becomes available, you can be fully involved in the selection and design of your new home. Once you have found the site you like, you simply pay a 10% deposit and then choose from one of the homes we stock, or spend a day at the factory, working with designers to create a home to your very own specification.

We work with only the best manufacturers, the ones that we are confident will provide the quality that our residents require. All of our homes have mains electric, gas central heating, water and BT phonelines - and all of your carpets, furniture and soft furnishings will be brand new and specially co-ordinated by interior designers. Our modern kitchens and bathrooms are luxuriously fitted with the latest appliances.

You have the option of including extra little luxury touches such as utility rooms, power showers, corner baths, studies and even plasma televisions. Some have decking or patios. We have paid careful attention to the finer details, ensuring that there is lots of storage, that the beds are comfortable and that the sockets are plentiful.
