Based in beautiful countryside, Walton Bay is a private haven for the retired and semi-retired. The park is located midway between the coastal towns of Portishead and Clevedon with spectacular views over the Bristol Channel.

Walton Bay is part of the Barton Homes Group owned by the Barton family. We aim to provide safe, happy communities for people to retire to, where you can celebrate your retirement by starting afresh, with a brand new home that has been newly and luxuriously furnished. We launched our first park in Morecambe in 1978 and now have sites all over the UK with new ones opening all the time. We enjoy having a personal relationship with our clients.

Charles and Charlie Barton personally visit each park regularly to ensure that everything is up to standard and that everyone is happy.
